We will welcome you the day of your arrival and provide you with the keys and information. We will also meet you the day of your departure to receive the keys and return you the damage deposit in cash (receipts are included).

TRANSPORTATION

a) From Athens Airport DIRECTLY to Xylokastro town by the NEW Suburban Train in approximately 2 hours. Train goes to Aegion in Northern Peloponnese. Change train in Kiato and get off at Xylokastro in 10 min. Then take a taxi to reach the apartment in 3'.

b) From Athens Airport by Airport Bus X93 to Athens Bus Terminal Station (KTEL Kiphissou). Then buy your return or one-way ticket to Xylokastro. You will be there in approximately 2 hours. Get off at Xylokastro Bus Terminal Station. Then walk 3 min to reach the apartment.

c) From Athens Airport to Xylokastro by car (if you rent one) or by taxi. If you would like to, we can reserve a taxi to welcome you, pick you up and take you to the apartment in Xylokastro in approximately 1,5 h.

RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR LONG TERM STAYS

2-3 guests- All utilities are included
2300 Euros per month

1 guest, all utilities included

1-2 guests: Utilities are NOT included
Guest will pay for all utilities
1200 Euros per month

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR LONG TERM STAY

It is the same amount with the monthly rental.
It is expected to transfer the security deposit and the first monthly rental payment to our IBAN account the day of our written agreement. Receipts are included and will be delivered to the guest. For the next months, the rental payment will be deposited to our IBAN between the 1st and 2nd day of each month.

RECOMMENDED

It is recommended to complete payment in advance if you would like to stay 1-2 months. If you stay longer, you will pay the monthly rent within the first 2 days of each month.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR SHORT TERM STAY

30% deposit the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival. Deposit is non refundable.
Please send us your inquiry via email. We'll send you the IBAN to complete payment and secure the reservation.
It is expected to transfer the amount via online banking (wire transfer) and complete payment of 30% in 1-2 business days. Before the 8 weeks of your arrival, it is expected to complete the payment of 70%. Cancellation policy (see information below)

SUPER DEAL

1 January to 30 March: 75 Euros per night for 1 or 2 guests, extra 10 Euros for 3rd guest. Minimum stay: 7 nights

DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR SHORT TERM STAY
100 Euros per stay
It is collected in cash the day of your arrival and they will be returned in cash the day of your departure. It is expected to leave the apartment as it was the first day. Both receipts are included.

PAYMENT METHOD

Please send us your inquiry via email first to arrange the reservation and provide you with the IBAN to complete payment

Direct deposit- wire transfer to our IBAN account via online banking. We will provide you with the IBAN when you are interested in making a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SHORT TERM STAY

The guest can cancel until 8 weeks before arrival. The 70% of your payment will be returned to your account in 1-2 business days if you had paid in advance. The 30% of deposit is non refundable.
The guest will be charged the 70% (needs to pay via online banking-wire transfer) if they cancel within the last 8 weeks before arrival.
If the guest does not show up or departs prior to the scheduled day, they will be charged the 70%.
